The Pometum
The Pometum was established on the present premises in Høje Taastrup in 1956. It contains a collection of approx. 750 apple varieties, of which approx. 250 are Danish and between 80 and 120 varieties of other fruit species. The collection is part of NordGen.
The Pometum apple key
The apple key includes 319 varieties of apple, that either are of danish origin or have been widely grown in Denmark. The varieties are part of the collection of apple varieties at the Pometum in Høje Taastrup.
